This Commercial Door Threshold Base Plate is designed to support the weight of the door when used with our CH-583 Heavy-Duty Free-Swinging Bottom Pivot Set. The base plate mounts to the floor, and allows the use of a 1/2" (12.7 mm) high threshold.
