Dorma Bottom Center Hung Door Pivot

This Bottom Center Hung Door Pivot is manufactured by Dorma. It's an adjustable side load floor pivot set for bottom door rail channel depth of 1-15/16". Base can be shortened for 1-9/16" bottom door rail channel depth. Bottom door clearance is adjustable from 5/16" to 1/2".
