The handle projection from the door frame on this aluminum Sliding Glass Patio Door Handle is 3-1/2 inches (89 millimeters). It has extruded aluminum inside and wood handle outside pulls with a fixed anti-lift bar for additional security. It is reversible for right and left hand patio doors and has a 3/8 inch (9.5 millimeter) latch hook profile. This patio door handle is used by several patio door manufacturers.
